Our first batch of small to medium sized components have been produced with a range of materials and surface finishes.
Parts included Grippers, Guide Plates and Bearing Housing, and were supplied to an existing TMS customer to be held as spares for maintenance support for an on-line Gauging System.
Most of the aluminium parts were finished in a high quality anodised black, some with a painted engraved legend. The steel parts were treated with a mixture of ‘chemical black’ finish and yellow ‘twin pack epoxy paint’ to the customer’s unique specification.
These parts are destined to be assembled into gauges for the food and beverage industry and shipped worldwide.
